(F) = Forecasted performance of where the analyst believe the project will be at CD-4

| Forecast Performance | Description |
| Yes (F) | Project is forecasted to meet the criteria for project success |
| No-Cost (F) | Project is forecasted to not meet criteria for project success due to cost (within 10% of the CD-2 approved TPC) |
| No-Scope (F) | Project is forecasted to not meet criteria for project success due scope (must complete all CD-2 approved scope, i.e. KPPs) |
1. Navigate to https://pars.doe.gov/
2. Click "Projects"
3. Click the "Search for a Project" field and type your project's name of PARS ID.
4. Click your project's name.
5. Click "Project Attributes"
6. Click "Edit"
7. Click here.
8. Click "Save"
